These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Jiffey website.

  • These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Jiffey website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you access the website and/or place an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not use the website.

  • Pricing

    Jiffey wants you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at the very best price. Our pricing will always try to represent the very best value available. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. We invite purchases from overseas and the postage and packaging charges are all outlined within Delivery Info. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling only (GBP). We will debt you in pounds sterling only (GBP), however, your credit card company may charge you in your country’s currency rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Jiffey.

  • Contract For Sale

    The advertising of products on the site is the way in which we are able to display all the items available to buy through the site. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of our product range being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there will be breaks in supply in which case some lines will show ‘Not Available’. It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock. You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.

    However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Jiffey , so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of dispatch’ email sent once your order has been successfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.

    These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Jiffey on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Jiffey will operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.

  • Quality

    Every item of jewellery in the Jiffey collection has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality. Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, but items and colour may vary slightly from that shown online.

    We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.

  • Making A Purchase

    When you make a purchase from Jiffey
    – You will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order as soon as your order has been received (unless your order has been made over the telephone)
    – You will receive notification of dispatch usually within 4-5 working days of your order being processed.
    It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock. You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.

  • Prices and Payment

    All prices on the jiffey.com website (the website) are shown in pounds sterling by default. All orders must be placed through the checkout system of the website.

    We aim to deliver your goods to you within 4-5 days of receipt of your order. If the item you want is out of stock you will be contacted via your email address to give an accurate delivery date or advice on an alternative item.

    Returns and Exchanges If the items you have ordered are not what you ordered or faulty or shortages, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

    Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return food items. This is in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.

    For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Credit/debit card refunds can only be. Any refund/s authorised will be made back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.

  • Complaints Procedure

    We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
    In the first instance, your complaint should be emailed to customercare@jiffey.com.

    All rights, including copyright, in the content of these web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Jiffey.

    You are not permitted to copy, download, store (in any medium), adapt or change in any way the content or images contained within the web pages of Jiffey for any reason whatsoever without the prior written permission of Jiffey.
